Are you looking to create a new year to-do list that you’ll actually accomplish?

Here’s an easy goal-setting method I learned from my life coach. I’ve been doing this for 15 years, and I recommend you do it too!

You can also do it with your partner if you want to take your relationship to the next level.

Tune in to this episode: Yearly Goal Setting That Works.

Key points covered in this episode:

✔️ Write down all your desires. Be it money, travels, things for your home, or better health – don’t hold back! Make that list as long as you can.

✔️ Sort your list into three categories.

  • A priorities – Things that you’ll put your attention on first
  • B priorities – Things you’ll act on but not as important as A
  • C priorities – “Nice-to-have” dreams that you’ll someday do

✔️ Liberate yourself from the pressure. This is what the C category is for. Allow yourself to express your desires, even if they may not happen.

✔️ Work on one priority from the A-list. Slowly get through it. Be sure to review your list quarterly so you can see your progress. Because your goals are broken down into small chunks, you’re more likely to hit them.
