There’s so much romantic talk around soul mates.
Most of us think that a soul mate is our perfect fit and that a life with them would be so easy and smooth. But that couldn’t be farther from the truth.
I want to clear up the fairy-tale-like ideas we have about soul mates and what I believe a true soul mate really is.

✔️ Get clear on what you’re here to do. Our soul is much more interested in what brings us to our true selves. You need to have intimacy with yourself before you can recognize your soul mate.
✔️ Soul mates are not forever. We can have more than one soul mate in this lifetime. They can also leave when their purpose has ended. It doesn’t mean the relationship was a failure.
