Welcome to the New Year!

Sometimes, we tend to create so much pressure to turn the new year into the most magnificent one ever. With many goals and many methods, it can get overwhelming.

So here’s a simple, three-step process to improve one of the most important facets of our lives – relationships. Be it romantic, familial, or platonic, this will help.

Tune in to this episode: Better Relationships.

Key points covered in this episode:

✔️ Take stock of relationships as they are now. See where you’re at from a non-judgmental lens. Awareness is the first step to change.

✔️ Pick one thing that you could improve. It can be communicating your emotions clearer or being connected to your body. Focus on making it better by brainstorming ways on how you can achieve it. Then, get into action.

✔️ Celebrate every improvement. It may feel cheesy at first, but trust me. Strengthening this muscle allows you to stick with the desired habit for the long term. The smallest practices can create the biggest changes.
